Undefeated Liverpool face in-form Arsenal on Saturday at the Emirates Stadium in one of the most promising fixtures of the weekend in European football. Last season the clash between these sides at the Emirates Stadium produced a spectacular 3-3 draw, with Arsenal fighting back from 2-0 down at half-time but eventually being equalized with nineteen minutes remaining. The reverse fixture was dominated by the Reds, they won it 4-0 with goals from Roberto Firmino, Sadio Mane, Mohamed Salah and Daniel Sturridge. Overall, Liverpool have won three of the last six direct matches, while Arsenal have not defeated the Reds since 2015.
Arsenal had their amazing eleven-game winning streak halted last weekend as they got held to a 2-2 draw at Crystal Palace, but they returned to winning ways in midweek with a 2-1 victory over Blackpool in the fourth round of the League Cup. That means the Gunners are unbeaten in their last thirteen matches in all competitions. In fact, they lost only the first two matches of the campaign, at home against Manchester City and away at Chelsea. The match against Liverpool is the first one for Arsenal against a big team since those two early-season defeats. Matteo Guendouzi will be suspended for this match after being sent off against Blackpool, while full-backs Hector Bellerin, Nacho Monreal and Sead Kolasinac are all injury doubts.
Liverpool have won their last three matches in all competitions, recovering from a poor run of four competitive games without a win. Moreover, the Reds kept a clean sheet throughout the first two of those three victories, while last weekend they secured a 4-1 victory over struggling Cardiff. They are still unbeaten in the Premier League this season, with 8 wins and 2 draws, and they are tied on 26 points with Manchester City at the top of the table. Naby Keita and Jordan Henderson were unable to play in last weekend's match but they should be fine before Saturday's game in London, while Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain remains sidelined.
Arsenal: Leno - Lichtsteiner, Mustafi, Holding, Xhaka - Torreira, Ramsey - Iwobi, Ozil, Aubameyang - Lacazette
Liverpool: Alisson - Alexander-Arnold, Gomez, Van Dijk, Robertson - Fabinho, Wijnaldum - Shaqiri, Firmino, Mane - Salah
My prediction: 2-2 draw, it should be a spectacular match and Liverpool should be able to take advantage of Arsenal's problems on the flanks.
Here are the odds for the match at Bet365:
Arsenal win - 3.80
Draw - 3.60
Liverpool win - 1.95

I think the draw in this one have been a quite deserved result despite Liverpool had a pretenses for the Mane wrongly disallowed goal and the Gunners could probably say we've played the better football.
But I think the draw has been the fair outcome and in the end both clubs shouldn't consider that as a poor result.
