Premier League: Manchester City vs Fulham preview
Defending Premier League champions Manchester City are looking to get another winning streak going as they face newly-promoted Fulham at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday. The two teams have last met in the 2013-2014 season and back then the Citizens had great fun with the Cottagers, winning 4-2 in London and 4-0 in Manchester. Manchester City have won the last five direct matches, while Fulham have not tasted victory against the Citizens since 2009, when they secured a 3-1 Premier League victory in Manchester. Manchester City appear as solid as they were last season, even though they had a slight setback a couple of weeks before the international break when they were held to a 1-1 draw at Wolves. They recovered with a 2-1 home victory over Newcastle before the international break and now they are hoping to build a long winning streak that might get them back at the top of the league table. Raheem Sterling picked up a knock while on international duty with England and is a doubt for this match, while Danilo, Eliaquim Mangala, Kevin De Bruyne and Claudio Bravo are all sidelined. Fulham have been doing a pretty good job lately, they started the season with two consecutive defeats but then recovered with back-to-back wins and a 2-2 draw at Brighton before the international break. They played a friendly match against an Indian team during the international break and won it 1-0, but they can't expect something as easy as that against the Citizens. Neeskens Kebano and Tom Cairney are injured for the away side, while Tim Ream and Floyd Ayite will have to pass late fitness tests before they are included in the squad for Saturday's match. Probable line-ups: Manchester City: Ederson - Walker, Stones, Laporte, Mendy - Fernandinho - B.Silva, D.Silva, Sterling - Aguero, Jesus Fulham: Bettinelli - Fosu-Mensah, Odoi, Mawson, Marchand - Anguissa, McDonald, Seri - Schurrle, Mitrovic, Vietto My prediction: Manchester City to win 4-1, Pep Guardiola's men should be hungry for goals after the international break. Here are the odds for the match at Bet365: Man City win - 1.12 Draw - 10.00 Fulham win - 26.00
