Chelsea will be looking to take advantage of their momentum when they visit Swansea on Sunday. Jose Mourinho's men achieved a magnificent comeback against PSG in the UEFA Champions League in midweek, they secured a 2-0 second-leg victory to go through to the semi finals. But visiting the Liberty Stadium is never easy and Chelsea surely know that. The Blues were held to draws in their previous two trips at Swansea. Moreover, Chelsea could miss their best player of the season: Eden Hazard could be out after picking up a knock against PSG.

Chelsea are two points behind Premier League leaders Liverpool while Manchester City are a further two points away but with two matches in hand. Chelsea won their last Premier League match 3-0 against Stoke while Swansea lost 1-0 to Hull City and are just six points clear of the relegation zone. Chelsea's last away match in the Premier League ended in disappointment for Mourinho as his men lost 1-0, but that result doesn't make Swansea coach Garry Monk underestimate the opponents.

"Chelsea are competing for the league, in the semi-finals of Champions League and have one of the strongest squads and best managers in the world," Monk said. "When you look at it like that, we don't have a chance. But you don't think like that, it's something we embrace and it's a chance to showcase what we can do. We have to be confident." Swansea don't have any new injury concerns as only Dwight Tiendalli remains sidelined while Chelsea have doubts over Eden Hazard and John Terry.
