BetVictor Introduces Rogue Affiliate Terms
Gambling marketing in the UK market has seen its fair share of changes over the course of the last year. While the majority of our partners continue the good work alongside us, others have closed their affiliate programs or implemented unreasonable rules, which they force us to accept. One such partner is BetVictor. Despite promoting their products for years, they've introduced quotas that are unfair, to say the least. We were recently notified that our account was closed following "a thorough investigation". A list of predatory terms was included in the communication. In order to view our affiliate account, we must accept updated terms and conditions. Either we accept amendments or we cannot view our account. In any case, we face account closure for failure to comply with rogue requirements that were never part of our initial agreement. As a result, they refuse to pay commission on all players we've referred through the years. You can't enter into a contract and simply change the terms when it suits you. All actions have consequences. It's for this reason, BetVictor is now Blacklisted here on LatestSportsBonuses.com. It's no longer a recommended online bookie. This move should serve as a warning to players. Poor business practices are a red flag and could eventually trickle down to you. As always, we share this information with our members to give you all the facts before you play. There are plenty of worthy alternatives. so please bet wisely. For your reference, here are the ridiculous terms quoted to us: 3.3 BetVictor reserves the right to: 3.3.2 withhold Commission and close any Affiliate Account which BetVictor considers, in its sole discretion, to be an Inactive Account. Each decision will be influenced by: (a) the last login date; (b) number of clicks; (c) number of impressions; and (d) referrals; -Account Inactivity definition- An affiliate account which the Affiliate: (a) Has not logged into for three consecutive months or more; and/or (b) Has not referred at least three active, depositing players per calendar month
