Technifying iGaming Tour Goes to Eastern Europe
BtoBet, one of the leading iGaming operators and technological innovators in the sports betting industry, has garnered a huge interest from multiple European operators during the Eig Berlin showcase that recently drew to a close. Now, their Technifying iGaming Tour 2017 is moving eastwards, to Bulgaria. This new round of technology talks will be held in Sofia from 20-22 November. The event follows one of its last major contributions regarding the future of football betting in London last spring. The operators in question were interested in the company’s advances in technology and platform development. The brand is pioneering a secure and flexible cloud-based system with remarkable capabilities for driving sportsbook and iGaming business. During the conference in Germany, Alessandro Fried, BtoBet's chairman, was answering operators' questions that mostly dealt with the topics of increasing engagement in an ever-changing digital environment. Fried remarked that the power of technology players have with them is a gateway to a whole new world of opportunities for operators to engage with their customers. As he explained, mobile touchpoints and on-demand content accessibility are proliferating which suggests that buying power is now no longer in the hands of the brand and retailers, but in the hands of customers. "With digitalization, the player’s journey has become more interesting and full of opportunities. Operators must be ready to shape their products following the customers’ expectations. Trustful iGaming and Sports betting software providers must be able to totally support operators, providing the latest software engines to understand their clients’ 3D journey and the adequate tools to drive their business in a profitable direction."
