Premier League: Three clubs bid for Robert Snodgrass
Hull City attacking midfielder Robert Snodgrass is one of the most wanted players in the Premier League at the moment as three different clubs have made offers for him. The Tigers have already accepted offers from West Ham and Burnley, while Middlesbrough have revealed that they have also made a bid. The transfer fee is believed to be in the region of 10 million pounds and now it is up to the player to decide which club he wants to join. 29-year-old Snodgrass has scored seven goals in twenty league appearances this season. "It's an ongoing situation. There's no imminent moment that the player is here or going to sign," Burnley manager Sean Dyche said. "In theory, they gave us a chance to speak to the player and take it from there. I get the feeling there are a number of clubs who have been interested." In fact, West Ham have made an improved bid a day after Hull accepted the offer from Burnely, while Middlesbrough are also negotiating with Hull City after they had a previous offer rejected. New Hull City manager Marco Silva would like to keep Snodgrass at the club, especially after having already sold midfielder Jake Livermore to West Brom for around 10 million pounds. Snodgrass is under contract with the Tigers until the end of next season. Hull have completed just one incoming transfer so far in January, with midfielder Evandro Goebel joining from Portuguese giants FC Porto for an undisclosed fee. They have also agreed to take Liverpool's Lazar Markovic on loan until the end of the season. Hull City are currently 19th in the Premier League table and they are 1/4 at Bet365 to get relegated this season.
