Chelsea will be looking to record back-to-back victories when they host defending champions Leicester City at Stamford Bridge on Saturday. The two sides have already met once this season, in the League Cup, and the spectacular match was won 4-2 by Chelsea after extra time thanks to a pair of goals from Cesc Fabregas. Last season Leicester won the home match against the Blues, while the Stamford Bridge game ended 1-1. The Foxes have not beaten Chelsea in London since 2000.
Chelsea recovered from consecutive defeats to Liverpool and Arsenal with a 2-0 victory at Hull City before the international break. They are seventh in the league table though, so any dropped points for now on might really hurt their chances of advancing towards the top of the table. In the match against Hull City manager Antonio Conte employed a three-man defence at Chelsea for the first time, a system that he has successfully used at the Italian national team. Captain John Terry might recover from an ankle injury that has kept him out for the last four matches.
Leicester City won't be able to defend their Premier League title, that is becoming quite clear by now. But they will have to be careful and start recording a string of good results, otherwise they could find themselves at the wrong end of the table before too long. They are currently 12th after two wins, two draws and three defeats, but they did record two wins out of two in the Champions League. Nampalys Mendy is the only injury concern for manager Claudio Ranieri, who can count on Shinji Okazaki after the Japanese international recovered from an ankle injury.
Chelsea: Courtois - Cahill, Luiz, Terry - Azpilicueta, Matic, Kante, Alonso - Moses, Costa, Hazard
Leicester: Schmeichel - Simpson, Huth, Morgan, Fuchs - Mahrez, King, Drinkwater, Gray - Okazaki, Vardy
My prediction: Chelsea to win 2-1.
Here are the odds for the match at Bet365:

Chelsea were completely in the games with Liverpool and Arsenal this season but strangely enough they are right there with the top teams in the standings just because they won most of their other games.
This one was quite comfortable win for them after they were in lead 2-0 early in the game, after that it wasn't much of a fight from Leicester which team of course is pretty far from the last season performance, but this is the most natural thing on the world of course.
