Bundesliga: Wolfsburg vs Borussia Dortmund preview
Wolfsburg will be looking to remain unbeaten after the fourth Bundesliga match of the season but it will be a big ask as they host Borussia Dortmund on Tuesday. Last season Dortmund won both matches, 5-1 at home and 2-1 at Wolfsburg. On the other hand, Wolfsburg won twice out of three matches against Dortmund two seasons ago, including a German Cup clash. Wolfsburg are unbeaten after the first three matches of the season, they started with a 2-0 win over Augsburg and then recorded two consecutive goalless draw. They are one of two Bundesliga teams that have managed to keep a clean sheet through the first three games of the campaign. Luiz Gustavo might miss out due to an injury, while Sebastian Jung, Carlos Ascues, Josuha Guilavogui and Daniel Didavi are definitely out of contention. Dortmund have won two out of three matches in the Bundesliga so far, the only setback being a 2-1 defeat to RB Leipzig. Apart from that, they have been scoring freely in the Champions League as well, where they hammered Legia 6-0 in Poland. Last time out in the Bundesliga they recorded another 6-0 win, with Darmstadt as the victims of the day. Neven Subotic, Erik Durm, Marco Reus and Sven Bender are injured. Probable line-ups: Wolfsburg: Casteels - Vieirinha, Bruma, Wollscheid, Rodriguez - Arnold, Gerhardt - Blaszczykowski, Draxler, Caligiuri - Gomez Dortmund: Burki - Piszczek, Sokratis, Bartra, Guerreiro - Weigl, Castro - Dembele, Gotze, Pulisic - Aubameyang My prediction: Dortmund to win 2-1.
