Premier League: Manchester City loan out several first-team players

Premier League title contenders Manchester City agreed season-long loan moves on transfer deadline day for several of their first-team players. Goalkeeper Joe Hart, who has found himself out of favour after new manager Pep Guardiola joined the club, agreed a move to Serie A outfit Torino. "I am convinced I can still learn a lot at Torino," said Hart after the move was officially confirmed. Manchester City will continue to pay a part of Hart's wages, but the exact amount is not known.

Wilfried Bony, Manchester City's 27-year-old striker reached an agreement with Premier League side Stoke City, he will play for the Potters until the end of the season. He has not played at all under Pep Guardiola after 15 Premier League starts for the club in the last season and a half. "Bringing Wilfried in was a no-brainer for us," said Stoke City manager Mark Hughes. "He has power, speed and very good physical attributes." The Potters had previously tried to sign West Brom striker Saido Berahino but they were unable to reach an agreement.

Midfielder Samir Nasri will also leave the Etihad Stadium until the end of the season as he agreed to join Primera Liga side Sevilla on loan. Nasri made his first appearance of the season in last weekend's 3-1 victory over West Ham. However, he did not had the best start to his relationship with Guardiola. At the end of his vacation the manager did not allow Nasri to train with the main group of players as he had returned overweight from his holidays. "It's been a pleasure thanks to everyone in the club and the fans for the five amazing years and wish you best of luck for the season," Nasri posted on one of his social accounts.

Manchester City are 7/5 at Bet365 to win the Premier League title this season.
