Juventus have officially confirmed the signing of Brazil international Dani Alves from Barcelona. The right back joined the Italian champions on a free transfer after his contract with the Catalan giants run out at the end of last season. The 33-year-old Brazilian left Barcelona after eight seasons following his 30 million euro transfer from Sevilla.
Alves has paid tribute to Barcelona before deciding to move on: "I am a privileged, honoured footballer, for whom life has allowed him to wear the shirt of the best club in the world in an incredible decade for the quality of its players and coaches," he said.
He underwent a medical check in Turin on Monday before signing a contract with Juventus until June 2018, with the option to add another year to the deal. Alves has won six Primera Liga titles with Barcelona and also the Champions League three times. He is also a key player for the Brazil national team, he has earned 93 caps so far. Juventus have also been interested in another Barcelona veteran, Javier Mascherano, but the Catalans do not want to sell him at any price.
Juventus are 4/7 at Bet365 to successfully defend their Serie A title once again next season.

I agree, the picture looks a bit weird but it's also true that Alves does have a pretty big head :)

First of all this picture is looking weird, like a bad Photoshop job, putting his head into the Juventus jersey and so on :). Anyway, Juventus is building a massive team for the next season. I assume that Evra will be benched and Stephan Lichtsteiner moving to the left side of the defense, while having Alves on the right....

Yes, Morata leaving hurts them but they have been preparing for that during last season when they mostly benched him, and Dybala being option one as a striker.
