Former Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho says he does not know whether he will become the next Manchester United manager or not. But the Portuguese manager revealed that his target is to get back into football management after the end of the current season. Media reports have claimed that representatives of Mourinho had held talks with Manchester United earlier this month.
Mourinho was sacked by Chelsea in December, just seven months after celebrating the Premier League title at Stamford Bridge. Journalists asked him if he will be the one to replace Louis van Gaal at Manchester United, and the Portuguese replied: "That's the one million dollar question. Nobody knows and I am the first one not to know. I read so many different things."
He has also been linked with a return to former Serie A champions Inter Milan and also to Real Madrid. He said: "Starting next season with a new club and project is probably the best for me." Louis van Gaal has been heavily criticized by fans and pundits as Manchester United have been unconvincing throughout the season. His contract at Old Trafford expires at the end of next season.
You can bet on which will be the next team to hire Jose Mourinho at SkyBet, here are some of the odds:
Man United - 1/6 Inter - 7/1 PSG - 7/1 Roma - 10/1 England - 16/1

Best thing for him would be to think about taking some national team as coach. Its completely different work than beeing a coach of the club but i think he would be good national team coach. For example he would brig some good results for sure for Englan team , which i dont see with Roy Hodgson!

Of course he don't know, nobody knows just yet, but the worst thing is that even United owners and Ed Woodward not knowing. There are no clear vision how United suppose to look in future and at the moment club is managed in almost amateur way both on and off the field so the reasons United to be so poor is not only in manager,...

There are no clear vision how United suppose to look in future and at the moment club is managed in almost amateur way both on and off the field so the reasons United to be so poor is not only in manager, although Van Gaal is a big part of the problem too. As a MU fan I would like to see Giggs in charge not Mourinho.

I'm really disappointed with Luis Van Gaal, this is sad, Manchester United is one of the greatest teams on the Earth and they deserve better, I think that Jose Mourinho will be great option for Manchester United, great coach for great team, we deserve to see new fights between two best coaches, Mourinho vs Guardiola, Manchester...

He will,he will accept it, he's only preparing the ground like this. He's coated with all colors,a great tactician. Too much dust is raised on this, that it becomes boring. And because he said few days ago he does not want to train Inter , he hasn't much options but Manchester United.
