Tottenham will be looking to extend their winning streak when they visit Norwich City at Carrow Road on Tuesday, while the home side will be looking to end their losing streak. Tottenham are coming from four consecutive wins while Norwich have lost four on the bounce. The two sides have met on Boxing Day and the Spurs won 3-0 with two goals from star striker Harry Kane. Norwich have scored just five goals in their previous eleven matches against Tottenham in the Premier League.
Norwich have been dragged back into the relegation battle after three consecutive league matches lost, a streak that kicked off after the 3-0 defeat against Manchester City in the FA Cup. They did not play last weekend but the weekend before is surely still vivid in their memory as they lost 5-4 at home to Liverpool after having held a 3-1 lead. The Canaries now have the second-worst defence in the league, with 43 goals leaked and just two clean sheets in 23 matches. Alexander Tettey should make his return for the home side, while new signing Timm Klose will probably start. Gary O'Neil serves the last of his three-match ban.
Mauricio Pochettino's Tottenham is a force to be reckoned with this season, they are still going in both the FA Cup and the Europa League and they are close to the title race in the premier League. Their last league match resulted in a solid 3-1 win over Crystal Palace while last weekend they eased past Colchester United in the FA Cup. Jan Vertonghen is unavailable for Tottenham, while the likes of Dele Alli or Hugo Lloris will return to the starting eleven after having been rested last weekend.
Probable line-ups:
Norwich: Rudd - Pinto, Martin, Klose, Brady - Redmond, Tettey, Howson, Hoolahan - Naismith - Mbokani
Spurs: Lloris - Walker, Alderweireld, Wimmer, Rose - Dier, Dembele - Son, Eriksen, Alli - Kane
My prediction: Tottenham to win 2-0.
Here are the odds for the match at Bet365:
Norwich win - 4.20 Draw - 3.75 Tottenham win - 1.91

Spurs came out of nothing this season and after the bad start they are right at the top in this very moment just behind Leicester. It's a great club with a great history and I will definitely be glad if they lift the trophy in the end despite that I prefer Leicester just because of how big underdogs they are compared to all the others. Spurs won the title for a last time in the 60's so the fate could favourable to them. They certainly have all the right players to do it, it's just matter of confidence I think.

In my opinion predicting of a Tottenham match is a very hard task. The Hotspur have 2 different faces: one of them likes to defense hardly and play on counter attack while the other is a total chaos. In my opinion predicting of a Tottenham match is a very hard task. The Hotspur have 2 different faces: one of them likes to defense hardly and play on counter attack while the other is a total chaos. Vertonghen is one of the most important players in the defense will miss this match so I think Norwich will be able to score goal or goals. Norwich are a decent team at home (4 wins, 3 draws and 4 losses, scored 16 goals and conceded 15 goals) and their last match against Liverpool was a high scoring one too. I think we will see a very good match between these two where picking a winner is not too easy. But I'm sure goalkeepers will have a hard time tonight. Over 2,5 goals (@ 1,89) and both teams to score YES (@ 1,7) are the best choice in my opinion.

Tottenham should win here as they are undefeated in 4 of their last 5 matches in Premiership and also having a solid away record in this season , 5 wins, 5 draws and only one defeat. Tottenham should win here as they are undefeated in 4 of their last 5 matches in Premiership and also having a solid away record in this season , 5 wins, 5 draws and only one defeat. But Norwich should score, because they scored in 4 of their last 5 matches in Premiership, and Norwich had a whole week to recover from the crushing blow of that 4:5 defeat and they did play well there to build on it and win some games in the upcoming days. I think away team will win tonight.
