Newly-promoted Premier League side Bournemouth have made a loan bid for AC Milan winger Stephan El Shaarawy, according to Sky Sports sources. The 23-year-old Italian international, billed as one of the brightest prospects in the country, has been on loan in France at Monaco since the start of the season but has failed to score in Ligue 1 so far.
Italian Serie A outfits Genoa, Bologna and Fiorentina are also interested in securing his services on loan until the end of the season. El Shaarawy has won 17 caps for the Italian national team. His career kicked off at Genoa, from where he moved to AC Milan but several injuries disrupted his progress.
Bournemouth have already signed a young player on loan from Italy: Argentinian forward Juan Iturbe from AS Roma. The 22-year-old player still has to receive his work permit before being able to play for the Cherries, but he has already trained with the team. He said: "It's a big opportunity for me to come and play in the Premier League. I'd like to thank everyone for making this move happen and I'm very pleased to be here."
Bournemouth are currently 16th in the Premier League table and they are 1/9 at Bet365 to avoid relegation this season.

Win over Chelsea was a turn over in a really good direction for Bournemouth. After that, they realised that they actually could stay in Premiere League next season. If we talk about Stephan El Shaarawy, he is amazingly good player, but he did not have luck to be a little bit more consant with his form. Going to Bournemouth,...

Going to Bournemouth, by my opinion could be a really good think for club as much as for player.

I think Bournemouth have a pretty good chances staying up this season and the fact that they looking for a new loan players speaks that they are still not confident and they know that the toughest part of the job is still ahead this season. I think both these transfers would be wise moves from the team management and hopefully El Shaarawy loan will be also finalized. With Bournemouth all ready playing well those two youngsters could add even more quality in the team and help in a team battle against relegation.
