Euro 2016: Vicente del Bosque to retire after final tournament
Spain veteran head coach Vicente del Bosque is set to retire after next summer's Euro 2016 final tournament in France. The manager, aged 64, has previously been in charge at Real Madrid and has led Spain to victory at the 2010 World Cup and at Euro 2012. "My retirement is close. If everything goes according to plan Euro 2016 will be the end," he said. "I am a man of the Federation and I have to speak to them before taking a final decision." Spain have also won Euro 2008 under former head coach Luis Aragones. If they manage to win Euro 2016 they will become the most successful nation in this competition, winning it for the third time in a row and fourth overall. This time they are not the favourites though, they are 9/2 at Bet365 to win it while host nation France are 3/1 and world champions Germany are 10/3.
