Successful Spanish coach Pep Guardiola has announced his decision to leave Bayern Munich at the end of the season. His replacement will be former Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti. Guardiola, aged 44, has been linked with Manchester United, Chelsea, Manchester City, and Arsenal, but has not chosen his future destination yet. He has won two Bundesliga titles and a German Cup in two seasons at Bayern. Carlo Ancelotti, aged 56, has been unemployed since last May, when he was sacked by Real Madrid. The Italian coach has signed a three-year contract with Bayern Munich. He is almost certain to play Champions League football next season as Bayern are leading the Bundesliga by eight points. They will face Italian champions Juventus in the Champions League in February.
"We are grateful to Pep Guardiola for everything he has given our club since 2013," Bayern chief executive Karl-Heinz Rummenigge said. "I am convinced that Pep and our team will now work even more intensively towards achieving our major sporting goals - especially as it is now confirmed that Pep is to leave FC Bayern. Carlo is a calm, balanced expert, who knows how to deal with stars and favours a multifaceted style of play - we were looking for this, and we have found it. We are looking forward to working with him."
Carlo Ancelotti has won the Champions League on three occasions, once at Real Madrid and twice before with AC Milan. He has also won the Premier League and an FA Cup with Chelsea. If he manages to win the Bundesliga with Bayern he will become the second manager to have won league titles in four of Europe's top six competitions, after Jose Mourinho who has won titles in Portugal, England, Italy and Spain. "I am very honoured," said Ancelotti." I'll be in next season to coach the great FC Bayern."

Anchelotti is very good manager, and I believe that he could bring additional quality to Bayern, which could make them unbeatable. In other hand Guardiola didn't impressed me at all. He had excellent players, and he didn't manage to win Champions league. Chances for Bayern to get this title is surely bigger with Anchelotti

Ancelotti said in the beginning of the season that he'll be very happy to to get back in England as a manager but obviously the things take a different turn for him but not a bad either. Maybe except for the Premier League, Bayern is the only other team that Ancelotti would be glad to work at and I guess he will make everything...

Maybe except for the Premier League, Bayern is the only other team that Ancelotti would be glad to work at and I guess he will make everything possible to win the Bundesliga with Bayern which will be a great achievement for him and in fact is not a huge challenge for the Bavarian giant in the last years.
