Surprising league leaders Leicester City will be trying to remain at the top of the pile after facing Everton at Goodison Park on Saturday. For the Toffees the match is an opportunity to climb up the table, a victory could take them up to fifth place if the other results will be in their favour. The head-to-head record between these two teams shows great balance, they have met 18 times in the Premier League and 13 of those meetings ended in draws. Leicester have beaten Everton just once though, back in 1998. Last season both meetings ended 2-2.
Everton are currently in 10th place but they have been playing well lately and are hopeful of clinching an European spot at the end of the season. Only Manchester City and Leicester have scored more goals than the Toffees this season, with Romelu Lukaku in particularly good scoring form with 15 goals so far in all competitions. Last weekend Everton were held to a 1-1 draw at Norwich City in a match Roberto Martinez and his men would have probably deserved to win. Phil Jagielka is still unavailable for Everton, along with Bryan Oviedo, Tony Hibbert, Tyias Browning and Steven Pienaar.
This time last year Leicester were bottom of the table, staring relegation right in the face. Now they are leading the Premier League under new boss Claudio Ranieri and if they win at Everton they will be top of the table at Christmas. They still have to play Liverpool and Manchester City before the end of 2015, so the match at Everton seems the easiest of the three. Last Monday the Foxes beat defending champions Chelsea 2-1 at the King Power Stadium, with Jamie Vardy netting his 15th goal of the season and Riyad Mahrez bagging his 11th. Danny Drinkwater picked up an injury in that match though and will be unavailable on Saturday, along with suspended Robert Huth and injured Ritchie de Laet, Matty James and Jeffrey Schlupp.
Probable line-ups:
Everton: Howard - Coleman, Stones, Funes Mori, Baines - Cleverley, Barry, Deulofeu, Barkley, Kone - Lukaku
Leicester: Schmeichel - Simpson, Morgan, Wasilewski, Fuchs - Mahrez, King, Kante, Albrighton - Ulloa, Vardy
My prediction: 3-3 draw.
Here are the odds for the match at Bet365:
Everton win - 2.05 Draw - 3.80 Leicester win - 3.60

Leicester is great team, and it will be interesting to see will they managed to get this great result through holiday's season. They have squad in great form, but they doesn't have a bench at all, so I don't believe that they will manage to maintain this form until the end of season. Sure they have great result right now
