Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp says he felt "alone" at Anfield Road during the final minutes of the surprising 2-1 defeat at the hands of Crystal Palace on Sunday. Quite a few Liverpool fans chose to leave their seats after Scott Dann scored the winning goal for Crystal Palace eight minutes before the end of the match.
"Eighty-two minutes - game over," said Klopp after his first defeat as Liverpool manager. "I turned around and I felt pretty alone at this moment. We have to decide when it is over." Crystal Palace climbed above Liverpool in the Premier League table after modifying Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool record to three wins, three draws and one loss.
The former Borussia Dortmund head coach said that the club must calm down and shake down the fear after they conceded a late goal against Southampton in October. However, the manager said he was not angry with the fans who left. "I am not disappointed about this, the fans leaving, they have reasons," said Klopp. "But we are responsible that nobody can leave the stadium a minute before the last whistle because everything can happen. Between 82 minutes and 94 you can make eight goals, if you want, but you have to work for it. That is what we have to show and we didn't."
Liverpool are currently 9/4 at Bet365 to clinch a top-four Premier League finish this season.

Despite bad result ,fans of Liverpool should not be too sad about this match.Reds played very good most of the match, they were much better then the Crystal Palace, but they simply were not lucky enough and they were not concentrated whey they should finish their actions.I am fan of Liverpool and I am happy with Klopp,so...

I can't blame the fans for leaving their sits earlier during the game with Palace. Maybe Klopp wants a different attitude from Liverpool fans but the game really looked like it's about finished in the 82 minute and not because of the fans leaving but because of the Liverpool players who looked despondent and disorientated...

Maybe Klopp wants a different attitude from Liverpool fans but the game really looked like it's about finished in the 82 minute and not because of the fans leaving but because of the Liverpool players who looked despondent and disorientated on the field. So I will suggest Klopp to look for his own mistakes before attacking the fans.

He is coming from different culture, and it is natural to react like he did. English fans are sometimes tough, and he should get to use to it, if he wants to keep his emotion stable. Of course it's not easy, but with few wins, he will turn situation in his favor. To do this, he will need to do good job in january transfer...

Yea those are "the best fans in the world". Everything is alright when times are good, but when it's bad people abandon their club? No, real fans dont do that. All of those who have left 14 minutes before final whisle are not true fans. I would understand if result was 1:4 or 1:5, but when it's only one goal disadvantage...

I would understand if result was 1:4 or 1:5, but when it's only one goal disadvantage you gotta stay, support and help ur club. Liverpool fans seem to doubt Klopp already, eventho this team needs at least two season of complete reconstruction whoever manager is in order to compete for top again.

Klopp needs time to make a strong Liverpool but in my opinion he'll be able to do that. Liverpool's fans should be patient and wait for the next transfer window. And don't forget about the fact Crystal Palace are bugbears for them recently. LFC are in a good financial situation and with Klopp they'll reach high goals.
