New Jersey Governor Chris Christie criticized the media for directing so much attention on regulating daily fantasy sports when there are far more important issues in the world at the moment but this week saw NJ Senator Jim Whelan jump on the regulation band wagon.
The senator wrote a letter to state regulators and the New Jersey Casino Control Commission saying:
"The meteoric rise of daily fantasy sports, particularly with large sums of money being won by players, has led to accusations of insider information and corruption which could hurt consumers.
"I don't believe we should impede one's enjoyment of fantasy sports, however, we have an obligation to ensure that fantasy sports competition is fair, impartial, and transparent to everyone."

Of course that there are much more important issues in the world than the fantasy sports regulations but for all the players especially in US when the fantasy sports is so popular now need to be assured that they participate in fair competition and nobody has a some kind of handicap like inside information or other.

This is very important thing for all regular users, because we want to play fantasy games in companies which has respect to the laws in countries where they doing their business. I can support this kind of action from this senator, and I believe that we could see that this case will be handled properly.
