Nick Kyrgios has been fined for another one of his outbursts at the Shanghai Masters, which means that the Australian player is not dangerously close to a four-week ban. Apparently Kyrgios called the Shanghai tournament a "circus" and complained about the ball kids during his match against Andreas Haider-Maurer. Kyrgios eventually won the match.
The 20-year-old player was fined $1,500 and if he receives another $5,000 in fines before February he would be handed a 28-day ban from the ATP circuit. This was his second violation in just a week. Another fine for verbal or physical misconduct would lead to his suspension from the tour, following the suspended ban he received for a sexual comment about Stan Wawrinka's girlfriend during a match in August.
Kyrgios had less than pleasant words for the Shanghai surface on Monday, describing the conditions at the ATP 1000 tournament as "crazy" when a cameraman was ejected for repeatedly talking during points. "They were talking in the middle of the points. I was just expecting a lot more obviously from a Masters event," Kyrgios said. "You're not going to see Roger Federer or Rafael Nadal playing on a court like that. They're always playing on centre court where things usually go pretty smoothly."
Meanwhile, Novak Djokovic is the favourite to win the Shanghai Masters, he is 1.57 at Bet365 to clinch the title. Nick Kyrgios is 81.00 at Bet365 to win the Shanghai title.

No matter how talented he is and how young he is I think tat he should be fined even more, there is no room for that in tennis today. All players should be aware that they are role model to children and they should now to behavior well and leave good impression on kids.

Nick Kyrgios is big talent, but if he continues to act like this,he will never met the expectations of Australian people. He is not concentrated on tennis, and it is biggest problem for his further development. He must regain passion for competing if he wants to become top player.

Clean evidence that money is disturbed mind of man. This is a classic example of the kind of athletes shouldn't be. Boy is talented, it is not disputed, but he has to visit a psychiatrist. He is like Balotelli in football. I think that his career will not last long.He must change behavior soon.

This guy is the real evidence that everybody can live without brain. There is no doubt he's a good player but he'll waste his talent with this attitude. Kyrgos is a Balotelli version 2.0. Australian tennis players of Greek descent don't represent Australia very well. Where is sportsmanship? Nick thinks he's a tough guy...

Nick Kyrgios is a great talent but his behavior on the court is nowhere near to the good manners.
