Liverpool have accepted an offer worth around 10 million pounds for forward Fabio Borini from Premier League side Sunderland. The Italian international, aged 24, has already played for the Black Cats during the 2013-2014 season when he was on loan from Liverpool. He scored 7 times in 32 appearances in that campaign.
A permanent deal had been discussed at the end of that season but Borini didn't want to make the move permanent. Liverpool have also received offers from Inter Milan, Fiorentina and Watford but turned them down.
Fabio Borini was the first signing that Brendan Rodgers made after becoming the Liverpool manager. The Reds paid 11 million pounds to Roma in 2012 but the forward only managed to score three goals in 38 matches for Liverpool.
Sunderland are 2.50 at Bet365 to avoid relegation this season, after having started the campaign with two draws and two losses.

I think that Borini is bad striker. I don't know how he even was in Liverpool. He didn't show anything and I am not sure that he can help Sunderland neither. I mean if he couldn't play well in Liverpool where he had a lot of great players behind him how will he play in Sunderland. But maybe I am wrong.. we will see.

Borini is nice striker but I think that he wasn't good enough for Liverpool and Sunderland is right club for him. He will play more in Sunderland and I think that is the best for him and his career and only on that way he can be better and better and improve. Smart move for Borini and Sunderland will have a lot of help...

I dont wanna say that Fabio Borini is bad player, but I think it is not smart to pay for him 10 Million pounds. He is in bad form for almost 2 years.I hope that he will be get back his form and play the way he played in Roma.If he continues with his games from Liverpool,Sunderland will be disappointed.

Well I wont comment the price of this deal but I think the deal had to be made a year ago when Borini was in great form playing for Sunderland. Obviously the fault for that delay is not in any of the two clubs but in the player himself. Maybe after the second unsuccessful period in Liverpool Fabio at last understood that...

The Premier League clubs are really out of their minds. They spend big money on average players. Fabio Borini was out of serious game for last couple years. And now, he worth around 10 million pounds?! That is insane, there are lot of better players and they are cheaper. We will see how good he will be in this season, but...
