Manchester City are getting very close to finalising the deal to sign Kevin De Bruyne from Wolfsburg, according to Sky Sports. The club have been negotiating for quite some time and it is believed that last week they have been close to agreeing a 50-million pounds transfer fee. It is believed that the deal could go through on Tuesday.
De Bruyne was present at Wolfsburg's training ground on Sunday but he did not take part in any training sessions with his team-mates. The Belgium international was expected to train with the squad on Monday though. He played a full match for Wolfsburg on Saturday, 1-1 draw with FC Koln. The 24-year-old spent two seasons with Chelsea but decided to move in January 2014 in order to get regular first team football.
In June he confirmed his agent had had informal contact with City representatives. Earlier in August City have made a £47m offer for the youngster but Wolfsburg rejected the approach. Wolfsburg's sporting director Klaus Allofs denied that a formal offer had been made, but then admitted that he was expecting a bid shortly. Wolfsburg are believed to be trying to persuade De Bruyne to stay, even though they seem to have already accepted the offer from Manchester City.
Manchester City are 1.90 at Bet365 to win the Premier League this season after winning the first three matches with eight goals scored and none conceded.

I'm curious what Mourinho thinking now after he left De Bruyne to leave last season and now the biggest Chelsea's contender for the title -Man City is ready to spend 50mill. Pounds to own him. Life could be so damn ironic, isn't it? In fact I like him as a player since the first time I saw him in play for Chelsea but Mourinho...

In fact I like him as a player since the first time I saw him in play for Chelsea but Mourinho never gave him enough playing time and now could only regret for that decision.

Manchester city looks great at first few games of the season and bringing De Bruyne is only step forward. They have three wins in three first game of Premier league and in this early stage they showed that they are firs favorite for tittle. They didn't bought a lot of players this summer but they know what are they doing...

ManCity have signed Sterling who has the same role as De Bruyne. I think the Belgian international will stay in Germany.

First of all, Wolfsburg lost their last game against Cologne 2-1. Kevin De Bruyne is a fantastic player, who makes a difference on the ground. It would be great to see him in a big club like Manchester City. I hope that this transfer will be soon realized that we can enjoy in his games in the Premier League.
