The fantasy sports operator DraftKings has become The Madison Square Garden Company's (MSG) marketing partner.
As an MSG Signature Partner, DraftKings will receive year-round brand exposure to MSG sports, entertainment and media properties in New York. MSG's teams include the New York Knicks, Rangers, Liberty and Westchester Knicks, which DraftKings is also the official betting partner for.
"The Madison Square Garden Company's outstanding lineup of world-renowned teams and properties makes this an ideal partnership for us," said Jason Robins, chief executive officer and co-founder of DraftKings.
On another note, DraftKings has also secured a sponsorship deal with the Belmont Stakes Racing Festival. The event, organized by the New York Racing Association, is a major event in American horse racing.
