Following the suspension of its gaming license by the UK Gambling Commission, it seems that Metro Play's 666Bet is experiencing delays in paying out hundreds of players.
Disappointed players have taken to online forums leading to the issuance of the following statement from the company:
“We apologize for the continued delay in returning customer funds. We are currently seeking the appropriate approval from the UK Gambling Commission to re-open 666BET and Metro Play to enable customers to access their accounts. We hope to have further news shortly. Thank you once again for your continued patience but please be assured that we are doing all we can to return our customers' funds.”
This did not satisfy 666Bet players as they referred to a previous Gambling Commission statement advising that:
“In accordance with section 118(4)(c) of the Act the Licensee is authorized to settle any outstanding winning bets that it has accepted in reliance on the above operating license and return any outstanding balances to customers.”
A petition to get their money back has been started by players here.
The petition has approximately 200 signatures already and states:
“Thousands of people are owed money by this thieving company. People have been denied the opportunity to withdraw money. Withdrawals have been reversed. They have stolen our money and they think they can get away with it. Money for individuals ranging from £5 to £60k is being withheld. 666Bet are thieves. They are keeping silent in the hope this fades away. Not anymore. Spread the word. Spread the awareness. We demand our money back. Now.”

666BET in this situation just don't care about their players. They lost Licence and now it is easier for them to just forget payments. I don't know players rights in this case but I am sure that they will receive their money. And I agree with sharpe and after all this they won't have any players to play on their site.

The worst thing in this case is that Metro Play's 666Bet don't mention any particular reason for stopping payments. If they get a license again in some stage in the future there will be to few people who will trust them again. Lets hope that all the customers will receive their funds and everything will be OK at the end.

Oh my God, this is so depressing and I know how this players are feeling right now. It's very bad when some site don't want to pay or their payments are delayed. I had this kind of problem with three or four casinos so far and in those situations I was soo, soo angry. I hope that this petition will help them and that all...
