Back Primera Liga: Sevilla vs Barcelona preview

Barcelona will be looking to make another step towards the Primera Liga title when they visit Sevilla on Saturday evening. The Catalans are four points clear of rivals Real Madrid at the top of the table but the match at Sevilla will surely be tough considering that the home side are on a five-match winning streak. The last direct meeting was won by Barcelona in an emphatic manner, it ended 5-1 with Lionel Messi bagging a hat-trick. Sevilla have not defeated Barcelona since 2007.

Sevilla have a great chance of qualifying for the Champions League as they are currently just one point behind fourth-placed Valencia. Unai Emery's men have beaten Deportivo La Coruna, Elche, Villarreal, Athletic Bilbao and Levante during their recent winning streak. Striker Carlos Bacca should make his way back to the starting eleven after being on the bench against Levante in midweek.

Barcelona are on a winning streak of their own, they have won their last six matches including last Wednesday's 4-0 demolition of Almeria. Coach Luis Enrique will probably put Neymar back in the starting eleven after dropping him to the bench last time out. Jordi Alba is back in training after an injury but Adriano might keep his place in the starting line up.

Probable line-ups:

Sevilla: Rico - Tremoulinas, Figueiras, Kolodzieczak, Pareja - Krychowiak, Iborra - Carrico, Vidal, Vitolo - Bacca

Barcelona: Bravo - Alves, Mathieu, Pique, Adriano - Busquets, Rakitic, Iniesta - Neymar, Suarez, Messi

My prediction: Barcelona to win 2-1.

Here are the odds for the match at Bet365:

Sevilla win - 5.00 Draw - 4.50 Barcelona win - 1.55
