Back Coppa Italia: Fiorentina vs Juventus preview

Juventus will try to make another step towards the treble on Tuesday when they visit rivals Fiorentina for the second leg of their Coppa Italia semi-final. The Serie A champions and leaders were surprisingly defeated 2-1 in the first leg, which was their first home defeat this season. Juventus have been unable to defeat Fiorentina this season, the Serie A fixture in Florence in December ended goalless.

Mohamed Salah, on loan from Chelsea at Fiorentina, scored both goals in the fist leg. With this advantage Fiorentina will probably be looking to defend and try to hit on counter attacks by taking advantage of Salah's tremendous speed and skills. Last time out Fiorentina defeated Sampdoria 2-0 in the Serie A on Saturday, with Salah and Alessandro Diamanti bagging the goals. Josip Ilicic, Manuel Pasqual and Stefan Savic are injured for the home side. .

Juventus are dominating the Serie A, the title is almost secured, and they have also reached the Champions League quarter-finals. They have recorded five consecutive wins in all competitions after the first-leg defeat to Fiorentina. Last weekend they beat Empoli 2-0 with Carlos Tevez and Roberto Pereyra on the score sheet. However, they lost Arturo Vidal to injury and Claudio Marchisio and Paul Pogba will also miss out. Andrea Pirlo might make his comeback from injury after six weeks on the sidelines.

Probable line-ups:

Fiorentina: Neto - Rodriguez, Basanta, Tomovic, Alonso - Badelj, Fernandez, Valero - Salah, Diamanti - Gomez

Juventus: Buffon - Bonucci, Barzagli, Chiellini - Lichtsteiner, Pirlo, Padoin, Pereyra, Evra - Tevez, Morata

My prediction: 1-1 draw.

Here are the odds for the match at Bet365:

Fiorentina win - 9/4 Draw - 23/10 Juventus win - 13/10
