Premier League: Radamel Falcao may leave Manchester United

Manchester United striker Radamel Falcao might leave the club at the end of the season, at least that's what his agent says. The Colombian striker earns 265,000 pounds per week but has only managed to score three goals in thirteen appearances this season. He is at Manchester United on a season-long loan deal from French side AS Monaco and the Red Devils have until May to activate the buy-out clause worth 40 million pounds.

"He will play in one of the very best clubs in the world next season, whether that is Manchester United or not," said agent Jorge Mendes. Falcao has suffered a calf injury which hampered his season at Old Trafford, as a result he has started only eight matches.

He had been back in the starting eleven though until last week when he was left out of the 18-man squad for the match against Southampton on Sunday. He had started the previous five games. "It is very difficult for Manchester United fans," Mendes said. "They have an absolutely brilliant player, one of the very best in the world, who would without any doubt play 90 minutes of the match, every time, with any other club. The truth is, right now, we don't know what will happen."

Manchester United are 50/1 at Bet365 to win the Premier League title this season.

Radamel Falcao is a great player but he's often suffers from a different injuries which stops him to play at highest level every week. I don't understand Van Gaals decision to leave him out of the squad for the last game after he played not bad at previous five matches. Of course his agent wish the best for him and Falkao himself want to play every week. I don't believe that he will stay in Manchester if Van Gaal is in charge next year.

Falcao was one of the best strikers in the World. But I must say that my opinion is that his last injury that kept him away from playing costs him a lot. Simply he is not that Falcao that he was before that injury. I'm afraid that he will never be the same. Also as sharpe said, Louis van Gaal is not giving him so many minutes to play, and I also expect that he will play in another team next season. And because Monaco (or Manchester United if they decide to buy him) will ask for very big amount of money, only the richest clubs will be able to afford Falcao in their squad.

Regardless of his current form, Falcao is still one of worlds most valuable players. He gives this wonderful game of football one new dimension and it would be a shame to gave up of him at the end of this season. I think that they should just make a way of decreasing his earnings. It is too much to pay him 265,000 per a week. He was injured one part of the season, put Manchester United is going to take part in Champions league next year.

Falcao is great player, one of the best attacker on the world and I think that he deserve team where he can play all time. This year in Manchester United is too many attackers and with all that injury Radamel Falcao have difficult time to fight for place on pitch. I think that Falcao will be great next season, if not in United than in some other great European club.

Falcao is great player that's a fact , but at the moment he left Atletico to play just for money at Monaco his career started to go in bad direction. Radamel is not near level he was in Porto and Atletico and he is now roaming looking for the right club .

Falcao is good and strong player, but somehow i think that his place is not in United. They have captain Rooney and Van Persi who is favorite of Van Gaal, and still he have different style of the game which is playing in the Premier league. Maybe he will have more luck in Italy or in Germany
