Midfielder Paul Pogba will not be sold, says Juventus general manager Giuseppe Marotta, despite interest from Europe's biggest clubs. Manchester United are rumoured to be preparing a staggering £77m bid for the 21-year-old Frenchman, who was a Red Devils player before joining Juventus in 2012.
"Every European club is watching him and been in contact," Marotta said. "However, we want to have a strong team made up of champions. We have an important player in Pogba and we don't have a need to sell him." Pogba was a key player for Juventus last season, when they clinched their third consecutive Serie A title, scoring seven goals and delivering seven assists in 36 appearances.
"What was a promising player has become a reality," Marotta added. Pogba joined Juventus from Manchester United on a free transfer in 2012 and recently signed a contract extension until 2019. Chelsea and Manchester City are also rumoured to be interested in the player. "He is one of the most expensive players on the market," Pogba's agent Mino Raiola said. "Considering his age, he has room for improvement and he is among the best."
Juventus are 1/3 at Bet365 to win their fourth consecutive Serie A title.

It would be very hard for Juventus to keep this man. It doesn't matter when he will leave the team, but one thing is for sure. He is overgrowth this team, and offer from England and Spain is very hard to refuse. He is linked with Chelsea, United and Real, and it would be interesting to see where he will go

Paul Pogba is in top 3 midfielder in world, and Juventus made great job when they brought him from Manchester. I think that the best option for Pogba is to stay in Juventus for year or two, and after that he can go like the best midfielder in world. Manchester will admit their mistake if they buy him for 77 million.

Juventus is best club in Italy and they will be the best no matter what will happened with Pogba. He is great player, young and he is maybe key player of Juve and I understand why everybody wants this player but the most realistic is that he stay in Torino. And maybe with few more players to buy and Juve can try to do something...

Well, Poul Pogba is the best player in current team of Juventus. he should be the player on whose quality they can built the rest of the team. They can sold him for over 60 millions, but is it the road that one champion should go? I do not think so, and Juventus must buy players and prove that calcipoli was just prank...

As a big Juventus fan i must say that Poul Pogba is maybe the best player that played in Juve since "calciopoli". I really want this things that Marotta said are true because he is the most perspective young player in the world. I hope that he will stay in Torino at least 2 more seasons, but it will be hard to keep him....

Also if you ask me, if Gareth Bale costs Real Madrid 100 millions than Pogba should cost at least 150 millions.

Of course they will not sell Pogba anywhere and not for any ammount of money , this guy is way too valuable for their team. He has very good athletic abilities he is good in both ways of play , either defense and ofense. This is ridiculous, if Manchester United offers a 77 millions for the player who was in their youth squad and was unwanted at Old Trafford. I don't believe that Juventus are ready to sell him at the moment or that anybody will spend such an amount for him.
