Italian football is looking forward to another episode of a fierce rivalry as Fiorentina host Juventus on Friday. Juventus are on a four-game winning streak in the Serie A and hold a three-point lead at the top of the table after beating Torino in the city derby last weekend. Last season the champions defeated Fiorentina 1-0.
Juventus have conceded just two away goals in the Serie A this season, so Fiorentina's task will be a difficult one. Vincenzo Montella's side are currently eighth in the league table after recording two consecutive wins. They are unbeaten in the Europa League though and just four points behind third-placed Napoli in the Serie A. Their defence seems to be rather weak though as they have conceded five goals in the last four games.
Last weekend Fiorentina recorded a comfortable 4-0 win over Cagliari, so they will be full of confidence ahead of the match against Juventus.

I just can't believe what happened in seria A this weekend. First Juventus play only draw against fiorentina on Friday, on Saturday Roma played 2-2 against Sassuolo and on Sunday Napoli couldn't win against Empoli... It was weird week in seria A but I think that Juve is happy because they saved first place on table.

As I expected we saw poor football here. It was match without a lot opportunity for goal and at the end draw without goals. This result can only make happy fans of Roma because Roma playing tomorrow against Sassuolo and that is easy match for them, after that match they will get close to Juve and race for Scudeto is still...

This is derby match for this week in italian championchip.Juve plays good and enough for other teams in this league.Last year Juve was beat Fiorentina in Firenze 0-1 by Pirlo goal.Tonight i think Juve is closer to win but not be so easy.
