South American rivals Colombia and Uruguay fight for a place in the quarter-finals as they face each other in the round of 16 on Saturday in Rio de Janeiro. Uruguay are the last team to have beaten Colombia, Jose Pekerman's men have not lost a match since the qualifying group defeat against Forlan and company last year. James Rodriguez, Mario Yepes and Carlos Carbonero were rested by coach Pekerman during the last match with Japan but they will make their return on Saturday.
Jackson Martinez could remain in the starting line-up after scoring two goals in the 4-1 win over Japan. Uruguay will be without star striker Luis Suarez, who was banned following a shocking bite on Italy's Giorgio Chiellini in their last group match. Diego Forlan might be the one to replace Suarez, even though he had a disappointing opening match against Costa Rica.
