Paddy Power's advertising balloon strategy has trickled down to its Australian subsidiary Sportsbet as it plans to promote the June World Cup in Brazil with its very own giant balloon.
The balloon, which will be a replica of the statue of Christ the Redeemer over Rio de Janeiro, will be seen floating above Melbourne.
Melbourne media caught wind of the plan this week and reported that the balloon will feature an Aussie football shirt, Sportsbet logo and "Keep The Faith".
