Manchester United: Jurgen Klopp rules out move to Old Trafford
Jurgen Klopp has ruled himself out of the list of favourites to become the next manager of Manchester United. The Borussia Dortmund head coach was among the top candidates to replace David Moyes, who was sacked by the club on Tuesday. "I find it a little uncomfortable having to turn somebody down without them making an enquiry," Klopp said. "But it seems like I have got to do it anyway. There are about 1,000 reasons why I'm so happy to be working here." Klopp has won the Bundesliga title twice with Dortmund since took charge as manager in 2008. He also guided them to last season's Champions League final, in which they lost to Bundesliga rivals Bayern Munich. Klopp extended his Dortmund contract until 2018 and said that, although United are a "really great club", he has no intention to leave his current club. He has also been linked with a move to Barcelona next season, but says "nobody has to have any concerns" about him breaking his contract with Dortmund. With Klopp out of contention, Netherlands coach Louis Van Gaal is now the top favourite to replace Moyes. Veteran United midfielder Ryan Giggs, aged 40, has taken charge until a permanent manager is appointed. The top three odds for the next permanent Man United manager at SkyBet have changed as follows: Louis Van Gaal - 4/6 Carlo Ancelotti - 13/2 Jose Mourinho - 10/1
