William Hill plc has completed the consolidation of three Australian brands on to one platform.
Centrebet, Tom Waterhouse and Sportingbet Australia are now running on one technology and promotional platform; however each brand will remain intact.
Will Hill claims that a large percentage of profit was returned from Aussie brands in 2013 generating a revenues said to be at GBP 12 million.
Former test cricket player Shane Warne will sponsor the Sportingbet brand as the company increases its local marketing and advertising presence.
