UEFA Champions League: Borussia Dortmund vs Zenit Saint Petersburg preview
Zenit have a newly-appointed coach, Andre Villas-Boas, but he will probably be watching as the visitors take on a "mission impossible" kind of task when they face Borussia Dortmund on Wednesday. The acting Zenit head coach is Sergey Semak, but regardless of the coach name overturning a 4-2 deficit against Borussia Dortmund is virtually impossible. Dortmund, last seasons's Champions League runners-up, moved two goals ahead inside six minutes in the first leg which took place in Russia last month. The Germans have won eight of their last nine Champions League home games, the only defeat was to Arsenal in the group stage. Zenit are in terrible shape at the moment, having won just one of their last seven matches in the Russian Premier League. Belgian defender Nicolas Lombaerts says the players must take responsibility, not necessarily the coach. "If the coach is fired, the players should take a look at themselves. In the end, if he was fired, then we're one of the main causes," he said. "But unfortunately that's the life of a head coach, and we have to move on. We're playing for Zenit, so we have to do everything to get back on top." Dortmund could be without Marco Reus, who has missed their last three games with a muscle problem, while Zenit's Andrey Arshavin won't be available due to an injury. I predict a 3-1 win for Dortmund, here are the odds for the match at Bet365: Dortmund win - 1/3 Draw - 19/4 Zenit win - 9/1
