Premier League: Hull City vs Manchester City preview
Mid-table side Hull City will be fancying their chances when they meet Manchester City on Saturday as the visitors are coming from two setbacks in cup competitions. The Citizens were surprisingly knocked out of the FA Cup by Wigan last weekend before exiting the Champions League on Wednesday after a defeat at Barcelona. On the other hand Hull have won just one of their last seven home games in the Premier League, so they will be determined to improve their record at the KC Stadium. City are unbeaten in their last seven matches away from home in the Premier League, if they manage one more their run will be the longest streak of its kind in the league this season. Moreover, Manchester City are undefeated in 14 of their last 15 matches in the Premier League. The reverse fixture in August saw Manchester City winning 2-0 at the Etihad Stadium thanks to goals from Alvaro Negredo and Yaya Toure. Hull City manager Steve Bruce can welcome Nikica Jelavic and Shane Long back after the pair missed the FA Cup 3-0 win over Sunderland last time weekend. Paul McShane and Robbie Brady are both sidelined through injury, while Jake Livermore is a doubt. Sergio Agüero, Matija Nastasic and Stevan Jovetic are all in doubt for Manchester City but Martín Demichelis is expected to start after missing the European meeting with Barcelona through suspension. My prediction is that Manchester City will win 2-1. Here are the odds at Bet365 for Saturday's match at KC Stadium: Hull City win - 5/1 Draw - 10/3 Manchester City win - 1/2
