Premier League: Liverpool vs Arsenal preview
Arsenal have managed to get good results at Anfield in recent seasons but that doesn't guarantee the league leaders a happy ending on Saturday. Arsene Wenger has won three of the last four matches at Liverpool, with the Gunners winning last season's match at Anfield 2-0. The last match against Arsenal won by Liverpool at Anfield was in 2007 when Peter Crouch bagged a hat-trick. 12 meetings between the two clubs followed and Liverpool have only managed to win one, 2-0 at the Emirates Stadium in 2011. Arsenal have a two-point lead at the top of the table over Manchester City and Chelsea while Liverpool are in fourth position. The reverse fixture was won 2-0 by Arsenal last November. Arsene Wenger believes Liverpool will be more difficult to beat now. "We need to dominate the game in order to keep Suarez and Sturridge quiet," Wenger said. "We must control possession. We had some good wins at Anfield. I have a lot of respect for the fans there, they know their football. I think Liverpool are strong offensively with Sturridge, Suarez, Coutinho, Sterling and Gerrard. Liverpool are in a better position than to when we last played them. They have momentum with them." Arsenal have won eight and drawn two of their last 10 matches, but their momentum was dented by a few injuries to key players. However, Jack Wilshere (ankle) and Mikel Arteta (calf) could be back in contention for this match. Aaron Ramsey (thigh), Thomas Vermaelen (knee), Kim Kallstrom (back) won't be available due to injuries while Mathieu Flamini is suspended. Liverpoo are two points ahead of city rivals Everton after last week's 1-1 at West Brom and eight points behind leaders Arsenal. Manager Brendan Rodgers will once again be unable to field defenders Daniel Agger (calf), Glen Johnson (ankle/groin) and Mamadou Sakho (hamstring) while midfielder Lucas Leiva and defender Jose Enrique (both knee) are also unavailable. Here are the odds for Saturday's match at Bet365: Liverpool win - 23/20 Draw - 27/10 Arsenal win - 12/5
