Premier League: Hull City vs Manchester United preview
The defending Premier League champions are in eighth place on Boxing Day but they have managed to recover from a poor start to December to win their last four matches in all competitions. Manchester United will look to continue their recent good run when they take on Hull City at the KC Stadium on Boxing Day. Ashley Young has been a key player in that recent revival as he bagged two goals in his last two games. "Before midweek, I hadn't scored in 18 or 19 months and to get two in a week is fantastic," Young said. "It's vitally important to win now we are going into this busy Christmas and new year period. Getting wins and points on the board is what we want to do. We've got nine points up for grabs between now and the New Year and we want to keep building that momentum." Hull have been in good shape lately as well but they have never defeated Manchester United in the top flight. They have lost only one of their last five Premier League games, a 2-0 defeat to Arsenal on December 4, winning one and drawing the last three. David Moyes has some serious injury concerns before the game, with Robin van Persie (thigh) and Michael Carrick (calf) likely to miss out, while Marouane Fellaini and Nani are definitely out. Danny Welbeck and captain Nemanja Vidic could feature despite recent knocks. Here are the odds for the match at Bet365: Hull City win - 6/1 Draw - 16/5 Manchester United win - 11/20
