Personal Information Stolen in Racing Post Hacking
Racing Post editor Bruce Millington described a recent hack of the website as "sophisticated, sustained and aggressiveā€¯. Millington also admitted that the database was compromised but insisted that debit and credit card information was safe and secure. Usernames, first and last names, encrypted passwords, email and personal addresses and date of birth may have been stolen. As a result, Millington suggests that customers changed their password on Racing Post as well as other sites if they match.
