Super Bowl Halftime Performer Announced
The Super Bowl is not until February but it's not too soon to announce the most important aspect of the game. Grammy-winner Bruno Mars is the act booked for the halftime show! The NFL announced Mars as the choice performer just before the kickoff of games on Sunday in Times Square where Mars was alongside FOX co-host Terry Bradshaw and analyst Michael Strahan. The Super Bowl will be held at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J on February 2nd and Mars is a top performer in the pop industry and recent hits including ''When I Was Your Man'' make him the natural choice for the halftime show. Mars, 27, has built a solid reputation as a singer, songwriter and producer and went on to win an MTV Video Music Awards for best male video and choreography for ''Treasure'' in August. Save the date for another historical moment in football history. The halftime shows have been known to attract over 100 million viewers across the country.
