Tim Tebow Cut from Patriots

Tim Tebow has been released from the New England Patriots, his third team in the last 18 months. The cut came after a successful performance against the New York Giants. Coach Bill Belichick commented on the player evaluation process saying, "It's not just one game (that matters)although every game is important. But the body of work, the camp, the rate of improvement, the ability to do the things that players are going to be asked to do at their respective positions (also matters)." "I learned very early on in my career at Florida to worry about what I can control and the things that I can't control I'm not going to spend time worrying about," Tebow said Monday. "But I can control my attitude, my focus every single day and those are the things that I'm going to worry about." Tebow has hope of getting back in the game tweeting: "I will remain in relentless pursuit of continuing my lifelong dream of being an NFL quarterback.”
