Tom Waterhouse to Be Acquired by Will Hill

Reports came this week that Brit land and online gambling giant William Hill plc is currently considering the acquisition of top Aussie bookmaker company Tom Waterhouse. Earlier this year there were speculations that Ladbrokes was in negotiations for the Waterhouse acquisition, but those were quickly discarded. Also, this year Will Hill has already bought an Aussie company - Sportingbet Australia, so the acquisition of Waterhouse would bring them a significant competitive advantage on the Aussie market.
