Isle of Man Government Supports Launch of New Contact Center
A new contact service center dubbed 'Yello' has been launched in the Isle of Man, with a special focus on the unique needs of the betting and gaming sector. Supported by the Isle of Man Government's Department of Economic Development and led by experienced professionals Mark Irvine and Martin Linham, the service offers a range of bespoke outsourced customer relationship management and sales solutions to clients on the Island. Furthermore, the contact center includes tailored inbound and outbound services, as well as sales, lead generation, customer service, customer retention, CRM and virtual office, in up to 16 different languages. Apart from the gaming and betting sector, Yello will also be servicing a range of clients in other sectors such as telecoms, travel, tourism and retail, irrespective of location. The company's executive team includes Mark Irvine as chief operating officer; Arusha Irvine as chief marketing officer and local Isle of Man businessman Morris Hazell as executive chairman. So far, Yello's expectations are that it will employ some 100 people on the Island over the next 12 months. Regarding the launch, Howard Quayle MHK, Political Member for e-Gaming, Isle of Man Government Department of Economic Development said: "The Isle of Man has a long history of attracting companies with entrepreneurial, 'can do' attitudes, and we are delighted that Yello has decided to establish operations in the Isle of Man with up to 100 new jobs created. "Customer support is a vital aspect of e-Gaming and I am sure that Yello will prove an asset to the Island's fastest-growing sector." "There is recognition within the industry that enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff are a must, which is why it is so important for betting and gaming companies to have a reliable provider closer to home,” said Martin Linham, CEO of Yello, adding: “With Yello we're aiming to offer a professional and cost-effective service based on the island, so clients can see first-hand that we're able to deliver."
