The resignation of mybet Holding SE (formerly JAXX SE) supervisory board member Rodolfo Carpintier Santana for personal reasons has triggered the postponement of its Shareholders' Meeting scheduled for mid May.
During the time, the Nominating Committee of mybet Holding SE's Supervisory Board will try to find a suitable successor for Carpintier, and propose their election to the Shareholders' Meeting.
