Joint Venture Deal for Boyle Sports and SeanieMac Limited

This week, the biggest privately owned online gambling company in Ireland, Boylesports has inked a joint venture agreement with Huntington, New York-based Compliance Systems Corp, doing business as SeanieMac Limited, the parent company of the all-Irish online sports and casino wagering website SeanieMac dotcom. Based on the deal, Boylesports will provide a private label version of its online wagering platform for the SeanieMac brand, as well as technical and back office support and full customer service, at the same time working together with SeanieMac to jointly create and implement promotional activities for the SeanieMac site brand The site's plans include a launch into the European market next month, and further expansion into the internet bingo, mobile gambling and poker arenas. "We have invested many months, and a couple million dollars, preparing for the SeanieMac commercial launch and the most important component of the business model was selecting the right platform partner,” said COPI chairman, Sean McEniff regarding the venture. They are our ideal partner to provide a premier customer experience, risk management and superior services for economical outsourcing of all those sophisticated back and front office functions. "This allows the SeanieMac team to do what we do best: sales, marketing, branding and public relations to encompass tourism, hospitality industries, Irish sports and its former athletes. Rather than compete with Boylesports, the JV enables both partners to focus on what we do best, and capitalize on the SeanieMac all-Irish and GAA sports book niche," he added.
