Winter X Games Crash Leaves Caleb Moore Critical
Tragedy has struck The Winter X Games in Aspen as a Snowmobiler, Caleb Moore, crashes. His condition currently remains current. Fans have shown and outpouring of support. The publicist for Moore's family issued a public statement on Tuesday to thank fans for their loyalty and support during this time and also to ask that everyone continue to pray for his recovery. Moore, 25, was performing a flip Thursday and flew off the handlebars of the snowmobile which ended up rolling over him. With assistance, he was able to walk away and was arrived at the hospital with a concussion. At the hospital, Moore began to bleed around his heart and was rushed to Grand Junction to undergo surgery on Friday. Additionally, doctors discovered complications with a brain injury; however details have not been released. Colten, Moore's brother, also took part in the Winter X Games and injured his pelvis as a result of a crash.
