Online gambling group Betfair has announced major updates to its iPhone and iPad applications. The new Sports App and Exchange App will make it easier and quicker to place single and multiple bets.
Besides a completely refreshed design, the Sports App, which is an update on the Multiples App available to download from the Apple Store, for the first time has each-way betting on horse racing.
Now optimised for iPad users, the App also features Next Five horse races, Goal Alerts and In-Play betting on a wide range of football games, while a 'News and Tips' section includes Cashback Offers when these are available.
As for the Exchange App, it now allows punters to build their Multiple simply by adding Singles to the betslip, and they can place cross-sport multiples on any market where the M symbol appears.
What's more, the App features Betfair's unique 'Cash Out' functionality, jockey names and silks on the horse racing market view, as well as news and tips from Betting.Betfair.
Betfair's head of digital marketing Ben Carter annotated: "This is a landmark moment for Betfair Mobile as we now offer two of most advanced betting apps in the industry. Whether you're looking for our unique Cash Out feature, want to place your Saturday accumulator or want up to the minute Goal Alerts, we've now got an app for you."
At the moment, Betfair is working on a refreshed version of its Android app.
