A late equaliser from Swansea striker Danny Graham wrapped up a frantic six minutes in which no less than three goals were scored and booked the Welsh club an FA Cup replay with Arsenal. The Gunners went down a goal as Michu put Swansea ahead two minutes after coming off the bench but then Lukas Podolski made it all square with nine minutes left and Kieran Gibbs scored a superb goal to put Arsenal ahead two minutes later. The Arsenal fans' celebrations were cut short as Danny Graham fired one home to keep the home side in with a chance to qualify to the fourth round. The thriller was not over yet though as both sides had chances to win the game in the remaining minutes.
Arsenal were determined to win this game since they are out of the League Cup and 6th in the Premier League but they seemed to be heading towards another disappointment as Spanish striker Michu came off the bench to put Swansea ahead just before the hour mark. The goal, Michu's 15th in 24 appearances this season, came just as Arsenal seemed to be enjoying the best moments of the match, dominating possession and creating chances. Olivier Giroud tested goalkeeper Michel Vorm on two occasions while Aaron Ramsey had his penalty claims turned down by the referee.
Arsenal made it all square on 81 minutes when substitute Lukas Podolski fired one home and then, just two minutes later, Kieran Gibbs unleashed a superb volley from a tight angle to put the Gunners ahead. But the visitors' defence was not as precise and Swansea made it all square again on a corner kick that was poorly handled by Arsenal, which gave Danny Graham just enough time and space inside the penalty area to fire into the roof of the net.
The last minutes of the game were spectacular, with both sides trying to deliver the fatal blow. Laurent Koscielny had a great chance for Arsenal in the last minute of regular time but his corner kick header was denied by a splendid save from Vorm. Then, in stoppage time, Tiendalii fired one into the side netting from a good position inside Arsenal's penalty area.
The replay will take place at Emirates Stadium on Wednesday 16 January. Manchester City are the favourites to clinch the trophy according to Bet365, they are priced at 4/1, while Arsenal are priced at 11/1 and Swansea at 66/1.
