A companion app to the one online gambling division of William Hill plc launched for iPad earlier this year, has been launched these days, providing tablet access to football, horse racing and other sports betting.
Describing the popularity of the apps, the company's director of mobile operations Juergen Reutter said that William Hill apps currently account for 30 percent of its online betting.
“Mobile betting is booming, with more customers using our service as a second screen solution to watch sport at home or on the move,” he said.
