AC Milan Gets New Premium Sponsor – Cogetech
This week, AC Milan Football Club chose Italian betting and gaming firm Cogetech as its premium sponsor for the 2012-13 season. As part of the deal, Cogetech will promote its Cogetech's IziPlay Poker product, brokered by AC Milan's marketing partner Infront Sports&Media, on the football club's pitch-side banners, website and social media initiatives. In addition, Cogetech will launch an exclusive AC Milan poker room for fans on its Italian IziPoker site. Commenting on the deal, Cogetech chief executive officer Fabio Schiavolin said: “Our aim is to be constantly present and far reaching in the world of Italian football. To become a premium sponsor of the most successful club in the world makes us very proud and is a huge achievement for our company. AC Milan are universally considered a dynamic and well-structured club, as well as being an excellent team, capable of withstanding from a professional point of view our communication strategy.” “We will make the Milan model available to them. That is; a laboratory of ideas, initiatives and activities created especially to guarantee maximum visibility and communication. We can offer unique content that will maximise the sponsorship deal. That is why we are the leaders amongst the Italian clubs in attracting the big multinational and national companies,” it was assessed by Adriano Galliani, vice-president and chief executive officer of AC Milan.
