This week sports media group PERFORM closed a new deal on the Australian market with a local company Optus.
Through the deal, PERFORM will gain the rights to represent the advertising media sales across Football Federation Australia's (FFA) network of online websites, including the official footballaustralia website, the network of Hyundai A League sites which will join PERFORM's Goal and the official English Premier League website Premier League.
According to PERFORM, it has now reached over one million unique fans per month in digital football. It was added by its Aussie&NZ sales director James Peel: "This is a really exciting addition to our network. The official nature of the sites and the quality of content really complements the rest of our football products. We know football is becoming an increasingly more popular sport in Australia and are committed to providing brands with the best available digital sports content to reach and engage with connected male audiences."
