Cirsa and Ladbrokes subsidiary to sponsor Spanish clubs
Big sponsorship deals emerged this week between Spanish foorball clubs and two online gambling companies - LBApuestas, a Spanish sportsbook subsidiary in the Ladbrokes group, and the online gambling group Cirsa.
Namely, Cirsa renewed its shirt sponsorship deal with La Liga club Real Betis Balompié, which will last until the end of the current season.
As for the LBApuestas deal with Valencia CF, it will make the online gambling firm the club's official betting partner over the 2012-2013 season.
It has been stated by a company spokesman that through these sponsorship and advertising activities in Spain, the sportsbook is trying to expand and get a bigger share in the lucrative market.
